Once again disappointed by the assistance of the legal team. On the 3rd of October 2013 another car drove into the side of my car. Apart from having my car not yet being repaired for various reasons by Budget and the Car Workshop. The legal team never updated me as to how I may get a refund on my excess. I don't mind paying an excess if it was my fault but the other driver doesn't have insurance and isn't even a licensed driver. I was informed that the other driver had claimed that it was not his fault. However the rules of the road alone already proves he is guilty. The legal team claim that they sent me a letter by post requesting documents that will prove that I'm not at fault. I have not received this letter and why could they just not email it to me. The letter is suppose to request that I need to collect a police report of the accident, then also provide witnesses, draw a sketch, obtain any reports that help my case and then return it to them to build a case. With no guarantee that they will refund my excess. I might as well not have Insurance! Why do I have to run around to prove my innocence with my own insurance company? They didn't even ask him if he has a VALID LISCENCE!
