Good Day
I am completely and utterly disappointed in the service I am receiving. Does it seriously take this long to sort out my query! As I am typing this letter I am in the phine with one of your legal secretaries and I am not getting any joy and was told that they can't give any immediate feedback as it takes 3 working days, I cannot begin to express how I am feeling right now because it seems no one can assist me. I am being pushed from pillar to post. I am asking very nicely to PLEASE SORT OUT MY QUERY!!!
Shanique is the lady I spoke and have no problem with her as she seemed really sweet but unequipped to assist me, she advised that the legal secretary Martinette will call me no later than the end of today.
I am really at the end of my tethers with this query.
