I was involve on the accident on the 3 April 2013 i contact my insurance they arrange the tow truck for me and a hired car the following day and the name of my consulted who was handling my claim her name was Michelle.
on day three i called her following on the claim i was told the assessor are still busy day four same story on and on till i decided not to call her again days pass without any communication, after i have complained about a raw deal i was getting i was allocated a new consulted by the name of Evelyn she did a perfect job keep me posted on daily basses about the progress on my car .what has stuck me most actual she was not the person who should be calling me my consulted was reporting to her since she went for training she took upon herself to do that .i am very pleased and happy with her service and great attitude she has shown
