No Feedback and no answers

I wrote a report about African bank a week ago. Peter phoned me once and told me he will get back to me the following day. I have not since heard from him. I have had no missed calls and no emails from anyone at African Bank.

I spoke to the call centre myself and they told me they can see nothing wrong and that my application failed due to documentary requirements. I was then instructed to reapply and then submit new documentation. I did so. After a week they phoned me and asked to bring in my ID again because the assessment team has a problem with the clarity, but that is the only problem they have. I then took my ID and they resubmitted it to the assessment team.

This morning again i phoned and my application again has failed assessment due to documentary requirements.

I want to know why? with that documents did they have a problem? My ID? My payslip? Bank statements? what? why did it fail? its my right to know!

And Peter who was assigned to follow up with me about my previous hello Peter report never followed up with me. Apart from that when he did speak to me over the phone he was incredibly rude.

Why cant i just get a straight answer?
