I will like to make an enquiry, I went to Pretoria Client Centre on the 10th may 2013 to lodge a loan application, I was advised that it is going to take 4 days, I have been waiting ever since. I called this morning trying to make a follow up, no oe seems to be available, I was assisted by Lucretia and when I call I was told to leave a message for her to call me back, I have benn waiting the whole day for her call, this is unacceptable..No one has bothered to call me back and yet I left few messages
