Account already paid before handover took place!

I am really frustrated with this company who are threatening to place me on ITC for an account that I have already paid.

The account outstanding in question is a medical aid account for Nedgroup (Ref. 93100232895)

I have been informed by staff at CreditWorx that the account was handed to them after I paid it and I am still liable to pay the moneys to THEM and a possibility that I will still be placed on ITC after second payment.

Please note should I be placed on ITC I will have to inform my attorney of the matter in order to possibly take some legal action against this company as I fear that being placed on ITC will affect my current employment as well as any future credit that I may require.

I was given this e-mail address on 20/05/2013 to send through my proof of payment and I am now awaiting a reply...
