July 2012 - wife had wisdom teeth removed. We received no accounts for shortfalls from either Dentist or Anaesthetist & took it that all was in order & accounts paid by medical aid. November 2012 - received a call from dentist requesting payment of outstanding account. We'd never received account & as it turned out it had been sent to incorrect address (45 instead of 145). Once we knew of the amount due we paid. In March 2013 we were contacted by Creditworx regarding yet another account. Again we had not received it. My wife called Creditworx & spoke to Grant to find out what was owing. My wife called from her office in order to have the phonecall voice recorded. Grant confirmed that if my wife paid R720.19 that would be the FULL AND FINAL settlement amount & he would send email to my address confirming that the account was closed. My wife duly made FULL payment the very next day & sent the proof via fax to Grant. No email was received & more money was demanded (now grown to R250!). We have requested statements many times to show what is due & why & NONE have been sent. Most recent we spoke to Elliot who said he would have matter resolved but he has not called back as promise.
