I had a loan with Bayport in 2006. but due to some finacial crisis my loan fell behind. Then out of the blue i descovered that i was garnished. My loan is paid off now however i felt that my rights were violated because no correspondence was sent to me. No letters no nothing it was very rude of Bayport to just issue a judgement without even communicating to me accordingly therefore i personally feel that the proper process of issueing a judgement was not followed. I called in this morning to apply for the loan and i was advice that my account is with legal then i called back again later trying to find out exactly as to how was the judgement issued without any correspondences and i also wanted to find out the process which was followed as well as how long will it take them to remove it from system. Unfortunately i didn't even get through to the legal department, the lady by the name of Patricia, which i think she at the switchboard was very rude, i asked for her surname and she just decided to be rude to me and told that i need this for record purposes so that i know who i spoke to avaoid being taken from pillar to post. Anyway plz advise me with the legal process that was followed
