Should i be worried

I received a call from Kadeem offering me a loan. My application was handed over to Mmoni who required more documents, i made an effort to get the documents for her yesterday but i have not received any feedback on the status of my application. I called her 3 times this morning but there is no answer but reception says she is there, i sent her an email still nothing. Now my question is can i really trust this organisation if this is the type of service one receives before the application is even completed? I didn't have any plans for the loan before you offered me one but now i made plans but it does not look like this is going well at all. Please let me know if i need to make other arrangements! Thank you
