I am FED UP!!!

I have just received a call from the worst bank in South African History, with obviuosly the worst staff... 0218126200 was the number they called from.
Apparently I have an ABSA account and I owe them money according to the rude women on the other side of the phone. I have never had an account with you people and I dont want one EVER!!!
I will not give you a single cent you can cancel the log for LEGAL.
Please tell me why must I provide my date of birth to some strange person on the other side of the phone if I dont even know where they are phoning from, and why prey-tell must I write a letter or affidavit to proof that I never had an account. Fine I will go to the police station and get a letter stating the matter, will you then stop threatening me. Also I have never signed any documentation for you to contact me it is a direct breech of the consumer protection act. And further more Train your staff better so that they can read what is on the system.
