Being a very new client and never having put in a claim and not knowing the procedure I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately on Mother's Day I came home from lunch out as a mommy and found my washing had been. Not my fiance's, just mine. I felt so upset as you cannot even hang up your washing these days. Anyway, took a shot in the dark, phoned Dial Direct... Carl was so friendly, and got back to me within 3 hours max and the claim approved.
Its so nice not to have to fight for service or claims. It never happens these days. Carl, you are an angel and Dial Direct has a gem in you. Thanks Dial Direct, you have a life long client and I will definitely spread the word!!!
