It has taken me a while to write this report as I have been in hospital since my streak of bad luck, but have been so impressed with the attitude and overall good service that I received from Michelle Rohan from the FFW claims department.
My phone was and I had to submit a claim.
Michelle was assigned my case and contacted within a day or so of submitting my origanal claim.
More than anything I would like to forward my upmost gratitude for her patience with me and the fact that I practically Harrased her on a daily Basis.
She updated me on a daily basis with the progress of my claim and assured me that it would all be taken care of, which it was, very promptly.
She was always informative regarding the fine print of my claim, always friendly on the phone and more than anything, was able to make me laugh from time to time, which made this process so much easier.
Thank you very much to Michelle for her AMAZING service in a time that left me feeling rather hopeless.
