I always use the slow lounge when I'm travelling and think it is a brilliant service. I know there are qualifying criteria, but since I do not receive a bank statement of my cheque card, there is no way for me to know if I spent the required R5000 the previous month. I assumed that FNB would send a message through to the lounge as I swipe, saying I do not qualify. So, me and my wife went for a quick breakfast the other morning and I later found that it cost me R500, with no way of knowing that I was charged without refund. This is unacceptable and R500 is A LOT of money to loose on a 10min breakfast due to bad service from your bank. Please refund the R500 asap. This customer has just stopped singing the praises of FNB.
