NO FEEDBACK IN A MONTH AND A HALF!!!

I logged a compliant with FNB on Hello Peter on the 1st of April 2013 and received correspondence from Shirelle Bishop, but no feedback from FNB or Hello Peter - even after several e-mails. I was told they would come back to me, but here I am having to go through this exercise again!
