My motor vehicle (ND22946)-Nissan 350z, was involved in a MVA, on 19 May 2013.
I have fully co operated in spite of serious injuries sustained.
6 months later I still do not have closure even after reporting to Ombudsman.
I was informed on 22 May 2013, that my vehicle has been written off by Compendium Insurance.
I need to renew my motor vehilce license for my Toyota Tazz, but am unable to do so as the license for my written off vehicle has not been declared as written off.
PLEASE, could someone urgently respond as I need this matter to be finalised.
The only response i receive is, "your matter is still being investigated"
surely after SIX months a ruling can be made.
I need a response to the following:
*When will my claim be settled?
*If claim will not be settled, what are the reasons?
*Where is my vehilce?
