Cheque account debited out of my approval and know

On 17 May 2013 FNB card has taken R3600 from my FNB Cheque account without my knowledge and I was told that it is for the credit card payment. It is to my surprise because I don't have any credit card with FNB. I demand my money to be refunded back.
