Discovery Card
Credit Card I have never had

I am absolutey horrifuied that FNB would take money out of my account for a Discovery Credid card that i have NEVER had. I cannot get any help from Discovery or FNB but that have had the audacity to just debit my account. Where is consumer protection for institutions that do as they will.
