I have phoned discovery card division in 2012 to cancel my credit card they asked me to deposit an amount of R257 which i did they did not cancel the card on receiving the payment they carried on debiting my account i then went to there offices in sandton on three occasions to have the card canceled and put a stop payment on my account they then listed me on itc and this morning after all this time removed funds from my new fnb account to the value of R2587.35 without prior consent from me and putting me in a situation as the money that was in my account was intended for another payment and at the same time when i requested discovery to close my account there was an amount of R1680 - that i had in the account and yet discovery refuses to acknowledge that they owe me money and not that i owe them money i contacted there ombudsmen but was never helped im thinking about suing discovery for the money as well as all my time and effort wasted in trying to resolve the matter offer telephone calls and going to there office over and over again
