Discovery Credit Card has a very bad attitude. I settled my credit card on 5 August 2013. Since then I have been trying to have the account removed from their website where it indicates that it was referred to the Legal Department. I have sent them the letter from the lawyers and from the FNB legal department stating that the account was paid in full. I just wonder if this is a issue.
I know Discovery has a bad reputation regarding response to such complaints and I do not expect them to respond again. Service from Discovery is very contrary to their advertising campaigns across the different classes of media where they portray themselves as a caring company.
I wish I was white so that Discovery can care about me too.
