I called card division to redeem my green backs points and was told that i couldn't because 3600 GB= R100 and i currently have 2466 GB. Bear in mind i spoke to a "specialist". i just received an sms from nedbank saying that as of 1 JULY THE REDEMPTION RATE WILL INCREASE TO 3600GB. WE ARE NOWHERE NEAR JULY YOU! nedbank get someone to activate my card, I refuse to call again and speak to imbeciles.
