We have been waiting over 2 weeks for Miway to settle our first claim we have ever made. It has just been over 2 weeks, and now get told it will only happen next week.
Basically for almost 3 weeks my wife and kids must walk to school, and through no fault of our own.
This is totally unacceptable, and then it gets complimented with a bad attutude because I keep calling for an update
