Insurance cancled and still billed

Hi guys,

I canceled my insurance end of April (28th) and you still deducted the May premiums from my account. I already called in last week to fix this issue and nothing happened. Why I'm not surprised? The guy from the hotline promised me a call back, but I'm still waiting for it! Please, get your act together and sort it out.
