ATM's out of orde

I would just like to bring it to the attention of FNB that their ATM services in Potchefstroom are by far the worst in town.

For the past 10 days the only FNB ATM on campus has either been "Out of Service" of didn't have any cash available. This is not the first time that it has happened. Furthermore there has been numerous occasions where the only other 2 FNB ATM's on the Bult where also not working, AT THE SAME TIME!

This leaves you no choice but to make use of other banks and their ATM's, which then take advantage of the situation to charge outrageous bank charges. I know of one bank in particular that charges a 25% fee for using their ATM's if you are with FNB.

Lastly, I think FNB would rank itself as one of the best banks in RSA. Then why is it that in the same student hub, stretching over a kilometer in diameter there are only these 3 FNB ATM's, while another bank has 7???

I AM NOT THE ONLY 1 THAT FEELS THIS WAY AND I'VE ALREADY MADE UP MY MIND ABOUT SWITCHING TO ANOTHER BANK!
