Still Huge recipient problems call centre useless

thing is it was a complete waist of my time the person on the phone said it will get fixed after letting me do useless stuff my work is computers and i know that the problem is not on my side but you at fnb keep- telling me you will fix it and i still cant make a payment to one of my suppliers so thank you for helping a new business not succeed because of incompadint people that never seem to thing the problem is on there side so now i cant help most of my cleints because the people at fnb think they are on vacation
