Lack of response from clientelle life

Its 72 hours sice i wrote to this company and i have still got no feed back.
all i want is to cancel these policies and get my money back with interest. There is no customer retention in this organisation, they just are getting too big too quickly and they will lose all their clients if they lack customer service.

I am so fed up. I do not have access to e mail and the I cannot afford the high costs of calling everytime i have a question.

Have a heart Clientelle but above all, have some integrity and stop spending millions on ad campaigns to get customers that you can not asist.
