I am totally appauled at the complete lack of service delivery from Clientele Life!
All the necessary documentation was sent to Kate at the Assessing Department on 02.02.2013 and to-date nothing forthcoming. There's no feedback, response or interest in finalising the claim. I've confirmed with Kate on numerous occassions that ALL the necessary documentation requested, has been emailed timeously and still nothing has been done! I called again yesterday and spoke to Freddie and resent the emails to him. I am so fed up of the utter lack of interest from Clientele!
All the preaching on TV about claims being finalised in 48 hours is certainly not true!!
