Clientele Life
Who is whom??

Hi

I called Clientelle Life at least 5 times and eventually got hold of Nozipho Mazibuko who found that I did indeed have a policy with Clientelle Life.

The number of calls I received from the Sales Dept was amazing and yet none of them understood that all I wanted to do was amend my policy.

I confirmed with Nozipho Mazibuko whether I could add my spouse to my policy and she assured me that I could - however, I have since received numerous calls from the Sales Dept - names which are said at such speed that one cannot even write it down! - all they are interested in is selling another policy! The worst thing is that they don't even have my ID no as a record on the policy which I have with them! The Sales Dept also now says that as my policy is "Old" I cannot add my spouse to the policy!

I have been kept on hold only for the call to be dropped 15 mins later and there is no call back to me!

Clientelle Life you need to get a LIFE!!
