To whom it may concern
As per email I receive from clientele I am not happy about the conclusion. My mother would not take any policy which will not pay out she knew she had high blood pressure and would ask if we can listen to the conversation that was done when she accepted the policy. If the advisor ask her if she had any blood pressure problems and she said no I will accepted the answer but if she said yes she does have why did he not tell her that if she take the policy it will not pay out because it no use take policy for dread disease if she had blood pressure problems already. Then it was the advisors duty to explain that to my mom
With numerous calls I struggle to get the right answer. Please advise me what you want from me because this is not fair my mom pay one year for a policy which has no benefits to her what so ever.
Please can you confirm per email that my letter was received
