I JOINED CLIENTELLE ON THE 1ST OF FEB 2013 AND I CALLED THEM ON THE 18 JULY TO PROCESS A CLAIM AND WAS ADVISED BY THE ADVISOR THAT THEY COULDNT ASSIST ME AS BECAUSE THEY HAVENT RECEIVED MY 6TH MONTH PREMIUM. WHAT PUZZELS ME IS THAT THE INCEPTION WAS THE 1ST OF FEB. AFTER THEY REJECTED MY CLAIM THEY STILL WENT AHEAD AND DEDUCTED THE FULL PREMUM. AND WHEN I CALLED TODAY TO QUERY THIS WAS TRANSFRED TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THE ASSESSOR WHOM I WAS TRNSFRED TO HANG UP ON ME. I WAS SHOCKED BY THE SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM THESE PEOPLE. EVEN THE MANAGER THAT I SPOKE TO TODAY WAS NOT SYMPATHETIC AT ALL. THEY WERE TOO QUICK TO REJECT MY CLAIM BUT NOW TO REFUND ME MY MONEY IS ANOTHER PROCESS. I MUST SAY I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED BY THIS AND BECAUSE OF THEM MY BROTHER'S FUNERAL WAS NEARLY RUIN. THANKS TO FAMILY MEMBERS'S ASSISISTANCE HE WAS BURIRED WITH DIGNITY. I AM DISGUSTED BY CLIENTELLE!!! 1
