I am so upset with ABSA after being a loyal client fore over 20 years... I have received a sms (only a sms) to advise they WILL deduct extra money for my vehicle instalment this month. After I Contacted them they requested my vehicle insurance documents, which I have send through... in 2010 when I bought the vehicle.

I thought maybe they are updating the system, so I send it via email and they still took extra money from my account... which result my account going in to the red zone. I can get hold of them and I was told by allot of friends they had the same issue I should move banks. And I am thinking of doing that, because if ABSA can't even pick up the phone to ask for documents, for what ever reason then I don't see why should I bank with them. I need this money reversed ASAP.. As I have never give you any paperwork or a signed any thing for you to just take my money... and yes I am not happy... Very disappointing ABSA...
