I have for the past two years been trying to get my vehicle reg docs and it seems there is no competent individual that can assist me. On three occasions I called and requested them to be delivered to the branch and on three occasions whenever I get to the branch, they are nowhere to be found. then I got referred to a building called Marble towers to collect only to get told ABSA moved from there ages ago (now why would branch personel refer me to an abandoned building, clearly your branch info is outdated), eventually I go to ABSA towers only to get told only the very same call centre that messed up in the first place can help me. I call from ABSA towers, hold on for 15minutes, get transferred from pillar to post then eventually get told, they cant help me, the system is off line, How difficult is it to just get me my vehicle reg docs?
