Hi I just checked my credit report online to ensure that every thing on it is in order.
and to my astonishment MFC placed 2 30days late payments on my account. And this can not be true as I have a debit order and has not once missed a payment! one of these late payments was allegedly on December 2012 and the other on April 2013. I don't know what happened on Dec 2012, but I know mfc called me in April explaining to me that they have a system problem and this caused my debit order not to go threw, and they just put it threw later that month. But this is unacceptable that they would put this on my credit report as it is a fault from their side and not mine!
I would like them to correct this on my credit report as well as send me proof that this was corrected.
I would also require an explanation for why both these show on my credit report.
