I have mailed oneplan on the 28th of Aug regarding repeat scripted medication that they pay out for.
They did not answer me on that mail so I called them the next day and spoke to Joel who told me that they did not receive my mail, and I forwarded the mail again the them, cc'ing Joel in the mail.
After that I still have no response from them at all.
I did forward the mail again on the 4th of September, with no reply and again today.
According to my agreement with oneplan this is a valid claim, and they do not want to do anything about it.
