In April i had one scripted medication. the second was declined on unknown grounds. called oneplan and was advised to send receipts for refund as i had to pay for medication myself. to this day there has been no refund. to add salt to injury i go to dischem today for scripted medication. im told oneplan cant pay. i call, and was put on hold by some incompetent call centre gent who was explaining to me that i must buy from discehm and clicks. i had to tell him to ask for my policy number so that he can check whats going on. he put me on hold till i run out of airtime.
i called again. this time im told in April i bought medication amounting to over R700 using my oneplan (which is rather impossible considering the limit is R200 per script).in a similar manner my call gets cut and nobody follows up. i think we spend too much money calling one plan. is there no other way really? now i desperately need to have my scripted medication please, i do not have money to pay cash, in the meantime the infection is not being treated as it should and im regressing.
