My mother had a bond with Permanent Bank Account number 6077188900201 (N. Mangxamba) with a protection assurance against the property. My mother passed on in 1999 and the house was reposssed in 2004. At the time of repossession we had a tenent staying there, and i was at primary school staying with relatives. My aunt has been trying to resolve the issue with a Very rude Mrs. Mbhabhama at NEDBANK branch in East London, but when we probed further at the Beacon Bay branch, we were informed that, the house was repossesed due to ineffiency of the bank as the lump sum was supposed to have been paid by the insurance. We have been sent from pillar to post needing answers but to no avail. We need our mother's house back as it was illegally repossesed by the bank.
