My mother's house was sold to real people housing by Standard Bank and we were given first preference so we bought it back in 2005. The house is still under my mother's name but I am paying the monthly installments. We had agreed apon paying R 2, 030.82 a month but told them to deduct R2, 040. In 2012 they started deducting R2, 400 from my account without notifying me and its been a nightmare trying to getting hold of them and the numbers I had did not work. I managed to get hold of a number which got through and they kept on ducking and diving sending me from pillar to post and when I asked for the lady we delt with when we bought the house (Glenda) they told me she left the company a long time ago. They had changed their name from real people to Pulse Living. Up todate nothing has changed, we are not getting statements and they are still deducting R2, 400. I cannot get hold of them now it keeps on ringing without any answer (043700 0000 or 043 702 4958). The most recent statement i have is 08 February 2013 for 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2012. The interest is too high. I had dealt with Eva Oberem and Rina Barnard.
