At first my parents had their problems in their marriage which saw my dad leave the house, but even after he left the house was still paid for by my mother. then as time went on my mother also lost her job and i her first daughter had to pay for the house, which i did till i then also lost my job. The last payment was made on the 9th of May 2013, then the bank and i them made contact with the bank to inform them i was unemployed, . the end of June we were given a judgment letter that the house was to be auctioned. they had offered to assist us in selling the house as we were all unemployed but we explained to them that we had nowhere else to go so we had to keep the house. Unfortunately the house was auctioned because we couldn't raise the R16, 000 that was demanded, now the problem is that we had people coming to our place claiming to have bought the house but they don't provide us with prove that they really bought the house. When asked for proof the man threatens to throw us out and that he will break all the doors of the house plus that we will end up on the street. When we call Netbank to find out whats going on, they cant provide us with proper information as to whats happeni
