I khomotso kekana, bought a house with standard bank the year 2007, i paid for the house since 2007 until 2013 January due to financial constrains, where i was not able to pay for two houses where am currently staying and the bond and the reason is that the house that i bought i have never stayed at it, where i hired a lawyer to evict the people who are staying at the house wherethe lawyers never succeed, then i hired a private agent to sell the house on my behalf with on success, what i want from standard bank is for them to repossess the house and sell it. then they will be able to take back what i owe them, as i have asked them to help me to repossess the house and sell on my behalf and they declined.
