ATM DEPOSIT NOT CLEARED

I attempted an ATM instant deposit at Standard bank Greenstone hill around 4 pm on Monday the 13th of May, the deposit did not go through. The ATM message stated that i had deposited invalid notes and it was going to return the notes which never happened. The total amount was R3000, 15 R200 notes to be specific. The branch was closed, however the banking employees were present. I summoned the helpdesk lady who informed me that there was nothing they could do until next business day, however after i expressed my anger and begged for help they finally logged a call ref :53185368 . Today 13/ 05 / 2013, i called the customer care centre at approximately 08:30, spoke to several people namely Muzi Ntsele who escalated the query to Lerato Sehloho, I spent an hour and a half at my expense explaining what happened and hoping to have this resolved which did not happen. Lerato asusred me that I would have my money by 13:00 hrs which still hasnt happened. I went to Greenstone Brach at approximately 12:15 and the consultant called Lerato and she would call me back, she still has not.. Bottom line, i still do not have my money and I need it.. Standard bank has not moved my banking.
