My dad passed away tw months ago and he had an account with FNB, now my mom want to close the account. she went to Fnb Polokwane (Thabo Mbeki str and Landros Mare) with the relevent documents and they refused to take the documents saying they need the letter from the king am really, when my dad oped the account the king was not there now you are telling her about the king. few days later she went FNb (MANKWENG TURFLOOP), without even looking at the documents they told she must come with a letter from the high court or magistrate but that letter was there.
