My account was handed over to Credit Worx last year and on the 26/07/13, I paid my account in full to Credit WOrx, faxed through my proof of payment and even called them afterwards to confirm that it was received. At the time there was aldy by the name of Aziza who assisted and on my request for a paid up letter, she advised me that I had to wait 21 working days before I could get the letter. I kept calling and was given the same answer each time. Aziza on my last call in August advised that the letter would be emailed and posted to me. I never bothered to follow up again until today! And guess what??? i was advised that the nromal timeframe for my request would be 21 WORKING FREEKING DAYS!!! I was assisted by Nawaal who said she will send through a request and TRY to get it emailed to me by tomorrow being the 15 May 2013. She also in no uncertain terms told me that it was no one's fault if the previous person assisting did not do what they were suppose to do?? Its people like this that gives a company a bad name. Surely if the previous lady left, her duties would have been passed to her replacement or am i just being plain dumb!!!
