Account still not rectified

The account is still not rectified. I called in yesterday afternoon at 17h44 and the lady told me the account has still not been updated. No fax or paid up letter was received irrespective of copying and pasting the same message on each of my complains:

"Good day,

We hereby acknowledge receipt of your complaint and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Your complaint has been sent to the relevant department for assistance.

Should you require additional information or have any further enquiries, please feel free to contact us on 0861 729 727 or alternatively via email: [Email Removed]

That is the same message being copied and pasted to all complains and nothing is being done. What do you guys want from me?

Are you going to credit that account or should I pay you again?

"Good day

Please be advised that all matters has been resolved and attended too.
