I had the unfortunate ordeal of having to claim from my insurance company for a water damaged GoPro.
I gingerly called trying to ascertain if I was covered, however from the first moment the staff at budget were friendly and efficient. They advised that accidental damage was covered in my policy and put me through to Natasha in claims.
At this stage I was ready to happily complete a pile of claim forms, not with budget, everything was done via the phone. I had the damaged item dropped off and everything ran smoothly. Now this compliment is not influenced by the fact that the item was covered, it is solely down to the service received from the company.
In a country full of poor service, I am happy to say I am insured by Budget.
