In June 2013 I took out a hospital plan cover with Clicks, which is underwritten by Regent Insurance over the telephone, I was covered for hospitalisation due to an accident immeditely, and hospitalisation due to to an illness after 6months. In september I was hospitalisied for 4 days due to doing phsical training (Road running), I suffered chest pains and collapsed, thus sustatining a severe sprain to my knee. In October I submitted a claim for accidental injury (knee), all documentation was submitted, after numerous calls and emails, I was informed last week that my claim has been rejected due to it is not 6 months yet for maturity of policy. But i claimed for accidental injury. I was told by the call centre agent that I am covered from day 1 for accidental injury, and was also was to about other legal aspects, the agent was supposed to email me the contract immediately after our telephonic conversation in June, but that did not happen, only after I queried about my policy in October, then only I was emailed the documentation, there we're so many discrepancies in the policy that was the opposite of what I agreed to, I also requested a copy of the telephonic conversation
