My car and home insurance is with Santam. My wife had a accident on the 31st of december 2012 and wen i contacted them it was in a matter of a hour that they arranged every thing, they sent a tow truck within the hour. With no additional costs. They also arranged every thing with the panel beaters.
I really would encourage any one to get insured by them
