I have had the worst experience with Standard Bank. First they loaded someone else's bond on my account. This meant that a debit order of R5, 500.00 went of my account. So some of my debit orders did not go through. Try phoning their pathetic call centre where I had to wait 13 minutes so that my call could be dropped! Eventually got through explained my story (for the third time). It has now been 4 days - no response except that it will be fixed (yes right maybe 2015)!!!
