I resigned from Virgin Active 3months ago and my pension money was transfered to 10x Investments. I was promised that I would be paid out within 3months time. When I called in to 10x just now I spoke to Lizel who is dealing with Virgin Actives Pension and she informed me that they putting all Virgin Actives payout on hold due to "section 14" because of some outstanding money from Virgin which really made me upset, Because this is my money they are withholding from me and I need it right now. I phoned 10X 5times already and every time it, s a different story and they never phone me back. Thinking of going to my lawyers now because they messing me around.
