I would like to thank Keitumetse Martin from Virgin Active (Bright Water commons). The service I have received there today was outstanding. I had a issue with my account. I went to 2 other virgin actives and I was told the same thing that I must sort it out. She assisted me and advised me it will take 2 working days. That was the best service I have received for this year and the best from a virgin active ever.
