I did an online app for a loan at ABSA where i got an mail that stated one of the consultants will phone me shortly with the outcome of the loan. after about an hour i received an sms that stated they couldn't get hold of me i must phone them. my phone didn't ring once. i phoned 0860100372 where i chose option 2 for afrikaans but came out at a coloured english speaking lady. she argued with me and told that i've chosen english so i asked her to put me through to someone who speaks afr. she asked me my ID where i asked again she must put me through to someone who speaks afr. again she asked me my ID and when i asked het again to put me through to someone afrikaans she put down the phone in my ear. I think this is the poorest service ever. if they can't do the work they musn't be there.
