I phoned the Aran 0860 number for a quote on removals and cleaning. The first employee said that he couldn't hear me and that my cellphone was "RUBBISH"... even though we all know that the call signal is different in different areas. He asked what my cell number was and said that he would call me back. He also asked for my land line which I didn''t want to give as I'm not always at that number and the staff that answer that phone do not always give messages. He proceeds to SLAM THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. I received no phone call back. I phoned back and was told the other employee is on the phone. I had to wait 10 min before I was attended to. The other employee address me in AFRIKAANS!! I told him I am not AFRIKAANS and English is the UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE. YOU'D THINK BEING AN INTERNATIONAL REMOVALS COMPANY THEY WOULD KNOW THAT!! The Afrikaans employee proceeded to continually interrupt me while I'm trying to talk!! Then he has the audacity to put the phone down on me... twice by the same company. CONGRATULATIONS ARUN... YOU'VE REACHED A NEW LOW IN CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS IN THIS COUNTRY!!!
AND I WAS PREPARED TO TAKE THE WHOLE PACKAGE... REMOVING, CLEANING, EVERYTHING!! I I am speechless!
